Partner terms
Terms for taking part in the Invobookz partner programme, operated by MR²Consulting Ruediger & Rheinlaender Ltd, Cyprus ("we"). They apply to anyone who recommends Invobookz through their partner link or partner code ("you").

01What this is about
You recommend Invobookz. If a new company then registers and pays for its subscription, you receive a commission on what it pays. This creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship; you act independently and not in our name.
02Taking part
- Anyone of full age can take part — as a business or as a private person. You do not need a company account with Invobookz.
- There is one partner account per person. Your details must be correct; if they change (address, bank account, VAT number), you update them in your partner area.
- By joining you accept these terms. We record which version and when.
03Attribution
A company is attributed to you if it registers through your partner link (the link carries your code as "?ref=") or enters your partner code when registering. We set no cookies for this: what counts is what arrives with the registration.
- Only NEW companies are attributed, at their registration. An existing account cannot be attributed later.
- Once attributed, it stays that way — even if the company later arrives through another link.
- There is no commission for companies you are a member of yourself or that you set up for yourself.
04Commission

We may agree different rates with you individually. We may change future rates with 30 days' notice; payments received before then keep the old rate.
05Holding period, refunds, chargebacks
A commission becomes due 30 days after the payment. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission lapses in the same proportion. If it has already been paid out, we set the amount off against your next commissions.
06Payout and self-billing
We pay out monthly once at least €50 is due, by SEPA transfer to the IBAN in your partner area. A balance below that carries over to the next month.
Self-billing: we settle every payout with a self-billed invoice (credit note) that we issue on your behalf. You agree to this procedure and do not issue your own invoice for the same commissions. If you do not object to a credit note within 30 days of receiving it, it is deemed accepted.
- If you are registered for VAT in Cyprus, the credit note shows Cypriot VAT, and we pay it out with the commission.
- If you have a VAT number from another EU country, the reverse charge applies.
- Without a VAT number, or outside the EU, the credit note shows no VAT.
- If your VAT position changes, you tell us before the next credit note is issued.
07Taxes
The commission is income for you. Whether and how you pay tax on it, and whether social contributions are due, is your responsibility; we do not advise on this.

Where the law requires it, you label your link as advertising or a partner link.
09Data protection
We process your details as controller to run the programme and issue the credit notes; your bank details are stored encrypted. Of the companies you referred, you see only a short code, the date and the commission — no name. Details are in the privacy policy.
10Ending
You can stop at any time; an email to kontakt@mr2consulting.com is enough. We can end the programme or your participation with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. We pay out due commissions after the end too — except those arising from a breach. No new commissions arise after the end.
11Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, otherwise only for foreseeable damage and at most up to the commissions of the last twelve months. You are liable for your promotion; if anyone makes a claim against us because of it, you indemnify us.
12Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
We announce changes to these terms by email 30 days in advance. If you do not object, they apply afterwards; if you object, your participation ends when they take effect. Cypriot law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Paphos. The English version prevails; the German version is a translation.
