How it works

    Share your link

    You get a personal link and a partner code. Share it on your website, in a post, in conversation.

  2. 02

    The customer pays

    When a new company registers through your link, it is attributed to you. Every payment creates your commission — it becomes due 30 days later.

  3. 03

    Credit note and transfer

    From €50.00 we transfer monthly by SEPA and send you a credit note. You don't have to invoice us.

The rules, briefly

Commission
35 % on every payment in the first 12 months from the first payment, then 15 % on every further one — with no time limit.
Basis
what the customer actually paid, net: after coupons, excluding VAT. Trial days don't count.
Attribution
through your link or your partner code at registration, for new companies only — and then for good. We set no cookies for this.
Holding period
30 days after the payment, because of refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, its commission lapses.
Payout
monthly from €50.00 by SEPA, with a credit note. Anything less carries over.
Promotion
Website, blog, social networks, newsletters to your own readers and search ads on general terms — yes. Spam, coupon sites and ads on the name "Invobookz" — no.

Questions

Do I have to use Invobookz myself?

No. You can register as a partner without a company of your own. If you already have an account, you'll find the partner programme in the sidebar under "Affiliate".

How long do I earn commission?

For as long as the customer pays: 35 % in the first 12 months from their first payment, then 15 %, with no end date.

What if the customer uses a coupon?

Then what they actually pay counts. With three months at half price, you earn commission on the half price for those three months.

Do I have to write an invoice?

No. We issue the credit note (self-billing). If you are registered for VAT, add your VAT number — it decides how the credit note treats VAT.

Can I see who I referred?

You see each referred company as a short code with date and commission, but no name — that protects the customers' privacy. You know whom you spoke to anyway.
